My thoughts on the video we have just watched in sociology.
I view it as two things, the first thing I view it was is helping troubled
young adults that one can and very well end up in prison for a very long time,
two it also can promote violence towards the newer aged teenagers that are in
fact very impressionable views on things that are considered violent natured.
So I will say this about the fight clubs (aka Boxing
training clubs) they teach young adults discipline, honor, respect, and keep a
level head. But most importantly these clubs keep the younger generations
"out of trouble for now". I
believe that this method of keeping teenagers off the streets so they don't end
up in jail, or prison. I do believe that it will be a permanent fix for the
young adults that are training. Because like I said above, " These clubs
teach these young adults discipline, respect, honor, and levelheaded".
So I believe after they get older let’s say thirty are they
going to be able to still fight fairly be the same as when they were when they
were being trained? To me I can’t say for sure but to make an educated guess I’d
say yes they’ll still be able to fight as if they were being trained.
I believe that the opportunities that these kids received is
basically one and a life time because you lose interest in the opp. You are
going to lose the opp. To do anything with your life, so yes I believe that it
is enough for them to get ahead.
I scencerily think that in doing so these young adult have
the opptunity of a life time in training for boxing and actually doing better
with their life. So that’s my views on this topic.
