Well friends, it’s been a long year since we started this
journey of blogging on sociological stand points and point of views, and let me
tell you what it has been exciting to enter the psychosis, and the psychosocial
views of the public norms, and taboos which bring us to the point of this blog that
you are currently reading. This blog is about me and if you followed my other
blogs and the very first blog about me, so here goes it. Well what do you
people like to know? Nothings really changed about me since the first time I
blogged about myself. But since it is required to do so I'm garret last name
isn't important, I love music, favorite band is in between motionless in white,
Sevendust, Bring Me The Horizon, sleeping
with sirens, a lot of people outside of school call me Nero after my
favorite super villain, so to together its Nero Motionless. I'm a major snake
fanatic, I read a lot, and I draw. I can literally ramble on about things that
interest me such things like snakes like I mentioned before, um im against
bullies, I’m straight edge with means I don’t associate myself with drugs and
alcohol. Im usually really nice, um yeah, so that’s me! Im exciting aren’t I? Ha-ha
I knew you’d agree with me. But seriously rise above the hate and be a star. I guess
I can tell a little more if you care to read a little more, well my two all-time
favorite quotes are,” the strength of the wolf is the pack the strength of the
pack is the wolf”, and “before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two
graves”, first quote is by Rudyard Kipling, and the other is by Confucius, and
another quote that I like is “Hope comes with a price” quoted by: Mike Champa
from one of my all-time favorite bands “For All Those Sleeping”. So that’s all im going to say about myself.

"losers" important to society!
I agree 100% with this column that
I had just read. Granted that the "losers" in our society to the jobs
that the winners will not do. In this column the person asked some great
questions for example...."What would happen to banks if they couldn't
charge $35 for a 35-cent overdraft or credit card companies if they couldn't
charge ridiculous interest and late fees"? If billions of people in the
world quite would anyone notice that they had stop? Most of the counties in the
United States depend on criminals paying there fines, to meet their budgets. So
basically this column is saying that people that don’t get paid over 10 an hour
aren’t losers it just means that they’re not economically in the lead for
themselves but they survive and what little money that they get taxes get and
that goes to social security.
Or when someone wins the lottery how long does that last? Will it keep that person satisfied? How long will it take till people start to try to loan a little off of that person? Tell you this much it wouldn’t take long to go through the money that you win from the lottery, it wouldn’t take long for that money to be gone so that person wouldn’t have a chance to be satisfied, and it sure and the heck wouldn’t take long for someone to come up to you and ask for money especially if it’s your family. So this column also brought that up to if someone won the lottery would it keep that person satisfied? Answer to that is no not really. Sorry not sorry.
So we the people try to tell the people that are considered that their losers to save money, try to better yourselves. But honestly to me if someone’s happy with being who they are and happy with where they are in live then so be it “don’t go and try to change someone else’s stars”. Some people in this society like the way they are no matter what you try to tell them what to do or say they’ll be themselves no matter what, and that’s fine by me I don’t really care. All people strive to be is happy, so if where they are in life let them be them and worry about yourself.
Another great question asked on this column was “Can there be winners in the stock market without losers”? I’d say no because the winners in society depend on the losers to help them out (metaphorically speaking) with their financial problems. So yeah I’m remain basis whether I completely think that winners can survive without the likes of the losers. Because of the substantial bystanders that the losers help with the fines, the taxes you know all the good stuff that makes the world go round so to speak. There still losers and winners in the same market everyday of each of the winners and the losers of society that cross paths. So yes this paper has brought up some of the pretty interesting questions and made me think of things “sociologically” on how these two sides would effect if they collided with each other? But it’s not my place to ask and answer its for your personal opinion to run wild.

Boyz In The Hood!
So starting with Relationship –
during the duration of the movie we get to see the variety of different relationships,
from father and son, boyfriend and girlfriend, friend and friends that act like
brothers. So anyways starting off with father and son, when Tre went to go stay
with his father during so he can learn a little something about growing up.
When he got to his dads house he was still little angry but as soon as his dad
started talking about things that he needs to do in the house he immediately
asks well what do you do in the house and he says “I bill the bill”. During the
night someone broke into the father’s house, the dad grabs his 3.57 magnum and
shot at the burglars head but missed. Which this brought up more points for the
father to explain to Tre about growing up when Tre mentioned that he should’ve
blown the guy’s head off, the father whose name is furious said “No Tre, that’ll,
means that another brother is killed and that’s what they want”. The next
morning Tre went over to his friend Dough boy house, and him and dough boy and
dough boys brother, went to hang out with Chris. While hanging out they stumble
on the wrong side of the “hood” and saw a dead body that was rotting in the
blazing sun, when gang members walked up to them and asked for the boys
football and that he’ll give it back, but as soon as he threw it to the gang
member he walked off with it and the Ricky brother tried to get it back…. Flash
forward Tre and furious were fishing and again Tre’s father asks Tre if he knew
anything about “sex” and Tre replied with yeah, you stick your thing into her
thing”. With that said pierce replied “Any fool can make a child, it takes a
man to take care of that child”.
Next relationship is going to be – boyfriend and girlfriend
– Tre has a girlfriend can’t remember what her name is. But anyway while all of
his friends already had sex with women, and Tre tries to hide the fact that he
is stills a virgin to escape the ridicule from his friends. But when he goes
back to his father’s house to bring him food from the barbeque his dad “sniffs”
then he asks him did you get “
“some” and Tre is like yeah I got some tells his father a complete lie about how he got it. Thus his dad then says that Tre I’ve told you to use protection just because she’s on the “pill” doesn’t mean she still can’t pregnant. So to bring his girlfriend into this when he asked her when she’s going to have “sex” she replied with when im married because I want to go to college and I don’t want to have sex with you because im not even sure if im actually going to marry you which shot Tre up.

The next relationship is going to be – friends that act like
brothers- so when all the boys are together on doughboys porch they’re joke
around by horsing around, name calling, which brings to the point that they’re
friends and more than that they’re brothers.
And no matter what goes wrong inside the inner circle of brothers
they’ll always come back and have each other’s back.
Violence in the hood is a major part in the hood because
there’s shooting, fighting, gang wars, block wars, riots, and shoot outs, So on
the movie when dough boys brother got shot all because he confronted a guy that
shoulder shoved him for no reason once so ever. Thus for a couple of days they
guy that shoulder shoved him would drive by his home, but once he was asked to
go to the store, on the way back he was shot twice by a double barrel shot gun,
which is ironic because the same day he got shot he received his test score and
he received a 710 scoring but unfortunately for him he dies before being able
to know what he got.
Drugs is also a major part of the hood because (not trying
to sound stereotypical, or racist when I say this) the more drugs the more
money intake the hood gets, like in the movie after Tre left the barbeque there
was a baby in the middle of the road about to hit by a car, the baby belonged
to an addicted drug user that when confronted on the baby in the she asked if
he had cocaine, and that if he had she’d suck is “dick” for it. This proves to
my statement above in this paragraph that drugs are a major part in the hood,
with the factor of both the money intake, and the addiction that people have,
are the real factors that cause all the brutal killings, thefts, and burglaries
that go on in the hood.
In the movie we see
that Tre’s father tries and tries to teach him responsibility in life, which proved
useful further on in the movie. Case in point that when at the barbeque when
Ricky’s son comes out crying he goes and takes care of him till his mom takes
him. When Ricky had gotten shot dough boy went and found the guy that shot him
as an act of responsibility to his brother Ricky.
Respect is another thing that you see in the hood majorly
because you see gang members showing other fellow gang members of the same gang
respect, family members respect, stuff like that. Tre’s has respect for his
father and his friend which you can clearly see in the film. Same thing goes
for dough boy he as respect for Tre and his family and his friends. So
therefore respect is a major thing everywhere you turn no matter how little it
is presented it is still there.
Education in the movie to Ricky and Tre was important,
because Ricky wanted to further his career in football so he applied for a
scholarship which he took the test and got 710 on the test which he only needed
700 to get the scholarship he needed to get him into college and play
football. Tre also to further his
education so he also took the test to get some scholarships test score unknown,
but at the end of the film he gets into college. Which (again not trying to
sound racist or stereotypical) not a lot of people from the hood get into
college.
Family life in the hood and in the movie can be a little to
judge and tell because there are a lot of people that have kids. But in the
movie Tre’s father shows the fatherly manly side that Tre needed to be, Ricky
took care of his son with pride. So pretty much I can say that the family life
in the movie is strong like a brother hood.

Catfish
So in class we watched the movie called "Catfish" which is basically about people using false pictures of other people as their Facebook profile photos luring in unsuspecting male and or females. the definition of this type catfish is that there people that keep you on your toes. the whole general idea where this came from was when people used to ship Cod fish over to china in vast but sometimes the cod would get sluggish and the flesh would turn into mush and become tasteless so the people that would ship the cod over would put catfish in with the cod to keep the cod from getting mushy.
So the movie we watched was catfish and the person that was spotlighted was Nev Schulman, and his brother Rel Schulman, Rel was the person that videoed this movie, and during the process of the beginning of this movie Nev had received oil paintings from this "nine year old girl" and they were pretty good paintings mind you. over due period of time Nev have received these packages from this girl who's name was Abby, that's where he started talking to Angela over the phone about Abby's paining's and then the "whole family" friended Nev on Facebook. When Nev received a friend request from Abby's older sister "Megan Faccio", her and Nev started to talk to each other more and more as time went along, any who they started to "like each other" which led to them dating over the phone and over the internet. But shortly after this happened when Nev and Rel and Henry went to Denver, Megan said she'll do covers of any songs that Nev wanted her to, because she was supposedly a "model and a singer" so they asked her to make a cover of Tennessee Stud which she said she did and when Nev listen to it he shortly after figured it was a fake because on YouTube and busted her on it.
Then they went to where the heck she said she's from, to visit her and her family which of course we know that know that she isn't real but they wanted to bust her for it thus sooner they met the whole family. Abby and her friend practically busted Angela right away, but Nev decided it might be a better decision if she admitted it herself. Which shortly after when Nev, Rel, Abby, And Angela were at some horse farm place where Abby was riding a horse while Nev and Angela were talking and she basically admitted to Nev that she is Megan Faccio her Supposed daughter.
So after all this was said and done it said at the end of the film that Megan Faccio doesn't exist, the photo that she used was really Aimee Gonzales and there isn't a Megan at Dawn farms.
So Nev learned his lesson on dating people that look strangely enough like a model.
To answer the question does everyone have a catfish in there life? sources say not everyone but pretty much everyone has someone in their life that they are suspicious about. to make things personal do I have a catfish in my life? The answer to that question is yes because there's always that one person that tries to impress me by send me photo's of themselves which of course they choose a different photo every time and every time is a different girl. So yes I have a catfish in my life! The question is do you catfish in your life?

Social Racism!
When I read that page
review about the Korean Basket ball player and how that Jews where the
first to play basketball I think that it is the core meaning of social racism
and racist profiling that Jews are short, slow, big noses. That Koreans are
short and fast is the key ideology of Racist profiling to me that's just wrong
I don't know about you and how you feel about it, but that's just me believes
on the idea of picking and choosing the races that get to play the sport
without being judged on whether your
"black, white, Hispanic, Indian, native, Chinese, Japanese, and or Korean.
It shouldn't matter what background you came from whether that background you
came from was gang related, jail related, drug related, etc... it really
shouldn't matter if your good at a certain sport than that's all that should
matter. But again that's my opinion and I completely understand that everybody
has their own opinion on things in life, but that's how I was raised in not
being racist, and commit racial conflict in different races.
Same goes for gay, bi, lesbian, pansexual, transsexual, and
heterosexual or whatever sexual orientation you happen to be... to me if you're
a nice person that has a sense of humor and a great personality than its all
good! I'm not the type to judge people on what they are imperfections are so
idiotic, same goes for when people bully people that are gay or being retarded,
or being ugly, it really doesn't matter I mean "haters will be haters no
matter how much you try to be different to be liked there'll still be haters
that will judge you". That’s my philosophy on the matter and especially on
the topic racial reports, letters, you just got to be yourself forget the
haters because that’s all they are is haters.

aliens
I believe that illegal aliens and or alien commuters should have the right to be here on visa account only no fun aloud only to work because either way they're here illegally taking jobs away from hard working Americans across the US. then they go back to help there families then come back for work.
either way I really just don't want them here because there's too many of them around making taxes go up, causing the drug rate to higher and be distributed to younger generations, causing the space in the jails and prison systems to freeze up because there's too many Spanglish Spanish and many other varieties of nations in the system causing the system to let people out just to fit more in. So I can't permit that any of them come in to this country unless they have a green card and or a work visa to work and to support there families only. Sorry not Sorry. I'm not racist I'm not prejudice they just need to not be here over a long period of time with out just cause.

animal farm connection quiz.
So I finished the book animal’s farm. I'm going to try to
attempt to connect Animal farm with some social theories that we have studied
during and throughout this class year. Such theories as listed, the conflict
theory, and the functionalist theory. In my attempt which I'm sure I'm going to
fail epically but here goes it.
Anyways during reading of animal farm it brought an idea to
me that I could possibly tie this into the conflict theory, for example during
when I was reading there were a lot of conflicts between animals and man,
animals and animals fighting each other for control of the farm, how I tie this
into the conflict theory you may ask? Well this is how I draw it into the
conflict theory. I tie it into the
theory I mentioned above is that conflict theory is pretty self-explanatory if
you think about it, because conflict deals with fighting, and fighting deals
with the proclaim conflict theory that I’m talking about. Like in the midst of
the book after Old Major died, Snowball took over and rose up the farm to better
standards than what the actual owner Mr. Jones had left it after the animals
took control of the farm. So from then on Snowball and the rest of the animals
made a list of rules that had to be followed by the other animals, in which
there was this “Pig” that wouldn’t obey the rules that were presented in front
of him and that “pigs” name was Napoleon who in fact had had rouge dogs to
attack Snowball hints why is stated the point that the story is connected to
the conflict theory.
Next I’ll try and connect this story with “the functionalist
theory” so after Napoleon had Snowball chased away from the farm, he immediately
assumed control of the farm. In doing so he named himself ruler of the farm,
and made the pigs part of the royal family and making the rest of the animals
on the farm basically slaves to substances and for them to do all the work
sometimes working them to hard. Still the pigs ate better, rested better, and
were better than the other animals that had now currently been from created
equal, to minimize to nothing more than a common “slave” so to speak. So in
speaking of such, how does this attain to the functionalist theory you might
well ask? Well here’s how it fits in with that theory. It fits in because after the pigs had risen to power of the farm Napoleon
started working with humans, in which we know from the guideline rules set by
yours truly Snowball, “ Two legs bad, four legs good” which Napoleon had broken
many upon many of times to get whatever he wanted from the outside of the farm.
So whatever hard work the other animals did it was spent of the easy labored
pigs to support their life style.
The next theory I would like to connect this story with is
the social class, because the pigs thought themselves as the other animals
superior and nothing were above the pigs. The pigs thought they were the most
important animal on the farm which in thinking so they spent whatever money
they ever received on lavish foods, better living courters than those of the
ones that live in the barn, chicken coop, or pen. Which also brings me to the
next theory which is social deviance, I believe while reading this that
Napoleon had become overzealous with power, and in doing so he would sometimes
act ill rationally towards those of whom weren’t pigs, especially when he didn’t
get his way he’d either threaten or he’d actually have the dogs attack and
sometimes kill the oppose victim.
Another theory that I’m trying to connect in with this story
is the reward theory, because after Napoleon had thought he had done something
good he would reward himself with sweet jams and jellies. And drink whatever he
could get his dirty little snout on. Which was liquor, which when he did not
have it he had become extremely angry with everyone until he got some which I also
would tie this into functionalist theory.
The very last theory I’d tie this into would be capitalism because
napoleon believed that all for one and one for all kind of ruling, even so he
ruled with an iron fist to those that lived outside of the pigs standard of
social class. It’s no wonder that was over ruled and kicked out of his position
of power.

Thoughts on the Barcelona fight!
My thoughts on the video we have just watched in sociology.
I view it as two things, the first thing I view it was is helping troubled
young adults that one can and very well end up in prison for a very long time,
two it also can promote violence towards the newer aged teenagers that are in
fact very impressionable views on things that are considered violent natured.
So I will say this about the fight clubs (aka Boxing
training clubs) they teach young adults discipline, honor, respect, and keep a
level head. But most importantly these clubs keep the younger generations
"out of trouble for now". I
believe that this method of keeping teenagers off the streets so they don't end
up in jail, or prison. I do believe that it will be a permanent fix for the
young adults that are training. Because like I said above, " These clubs
teach these young adults discipline, respect, honor, and levelheaded".
So I believe after they get older let’s say thirty are they
going to be able to still fight fairly be the same as when they were when they
were being trained? To me I can’t say for sure but to make an educated guess I’d
say yes they’ll still be able to fight as if they were being trained.
I believe that the opportunities that these kids received is
basically one and a life time because you lose interest in the opp. You are
going to lose the opp. To do anything with your life, so yes I believe that it
is enough for them to get ahead.
I scencerily think that in doing so these young adult have
the opptunity of a life time in training for boxing and actually doing better
with their life. So that’s my views on this topic.

Poverty growth
There's a lot to say about poverty,
such things like why is there poverty in the world? Is there anything to do to
prevent poverty? Such questions have various questions that may or may not be
appealing to those that are in poverty. For example most kids in poverty are
accepted for free lunch programs in school because they’re family doesn’t make
over ten thousand dollars in a year so their kids get free food during the
school day, in which most people mainly teachers are worried about those
particular kids grades. And such studies have been done to show the grades of
children suffering of poverty.
Their grades prove superior to any
other kids because their drive to get better grades to leave their present
home, for a chance for a better life. Somewhere else may be in a big city begin
a family, but for families like tammy from the Appalachians when she walked to
burger king about twenty miles round trip.in all kinds of weather to support
her family even though her eldest son thinks he is in a different class but in
all relativity he is stuck in the same class as his mother and his brother. Later on when the camera crew that filmed
tammy and her family they had a house Tammy’s eldest son has his own house and
his own family and their doing better then what he was raised from. Therefore if
you think about it dreams often do come true for those that are lucky and those
that try hard enough.

marxism and soical classes
Karl Marx was a German economist, and sociologist that studied and created the class theory. And in doing so he created and explained the different views on social classes such as higher and lower or higher and middle classes try to mold into each other all the time. like the poor try to find someone that is in the middle class, or the middle class person tries to find someone that is in the high class.
Thus this blog is brought to now. What is the function of social class structure? Is the system of social classes. What conflict naturally exists between social class structures? Is social conflict. What symbols do we associate with the various social class structures in our society? Is social Status. How would you change the social class structure? Is social change and Stratification.
so ask yourself are you part of your social environment such as high middle, and low class which one do you belong to.

My thoughts on Requiem of a dream!
My thoughts on the movie “Requiem
for a Dream” for the beginning of the movie I thought it was going to be about
this kid selling his mother’s TV for drugs in which he done and then she goes
and buys it back and then he does it all over again. But I was wrong for the
most part of it because all though he did sell his mother’s TV for drug money
the movie wasn’t about him selling the TV at all. This took me by surprise a
little bit. As the movie progressed he and his friend sold and produced drugs
to sell then turned around and bought drugs to shoot up to get their “high”.
But that’s not why I write to you now! I write to you because I want to tell
you my thoughts and what I learned from this movie.
I learned that the more you do the
drug the more you cannot go without it. The more and more you need it the harder
it gets to straighten out from it. Oh and defiantly do not inject yourself in
the same spot or you’ll lose your arm. Or sometimes when you’re strung out and
in need of the drugs and you don’t have money to support your habit you sell
your body for sex to support yourself and your habit. I also learned that often
times when you cannot support your drug habit you get strung out and need
medical help but then you get caught while you’re at the hospital they see all
the needle marks or the one area where you shoot up gets infected and starts
showing effects of the over used vain makes your arm swell and turn a shade of
purple and has this awful smell due to the infection and the only cure for it
is amputation, which is a possibility if you use heroin or any other self-injection
drugs that are considered to be an narcotic.
And speaking of drug doers harries
mother, was high and addicted to uppers which I don’t even know what kind of
drug that was but it made her lose a lot of weight and become schizophrenic and
paranoid about being on television thus throwing her into a crazy fit about
losing weight and fitting into a red dress that she wore to harries graduation,
and now she wants to wear it to look good on the TV show. Which when for months
she didn’t received no notifications about when she’ll be on the show she while
still hyped up on those “uppers pills” she went on the train then she went to
the studio where the show was broadcasted and asked when she’ll be on television
and she gets arrested and then put in the hospital. But when she is in the
hospital the doctors try and help her but she struggles to get out of there and
go on the show, so they put her on electro-shock therapy or ECT. So closer to
end of the movie they show what has become of Harry Goldfarb, Marion silver, Tyrone
C. Love, and Sara Goldfarb harry had gotten his arm cut off due to the
infection in his arm from injecting in the same spot every time. Tyrone was put
in rehab, Marion sold herself for drugs, and Sara Was put in a mental institute.
So my personal views during the
middle of the movie were these people are idiots for doing what they’re doing
to themselves. For one thing doing a little bit of the drug is one thing but
start selling and then processing and then selling and then buying more and
injecting you into a high. Is pure idiocy. Sure I guess if that makes you happy
go ahead and do it stupefy yourself and lower the probability of living longer
and staying healthy well I say go right ahead screw yourself out of a happy
meaningful life.

Views on heroin and how it ties into socialogically!!
Well here it
goes people on drugs are a serious academic spreading quickly amongst our
generation and older generations. such events have been documented on film
legally over in Canada more than ever there's people are living on the streets
selling whatever they can get their hands on and sometimes they even sell their
bodies for sex to get money to buy their fix. It’s getting down to the point
where there’s actually buildings were people on such a drug can go and shoot up
twice a day legally with fresh syringes and clean drug to use instead of dirty
street grade drug that they are used to.
I believe that this “drug Academic”
is going way too far, because there’s been documented accounts were there’s
young teens going to prison for drug charges people overdosing of the drug and
unfortunately dying for the overdose.
But the question is how does it ascertain to sociology? How you may ask?
Well it connects and coincided with sociology standing mentality because studies
shown that every time someone gets hooked on any sort of drug their brains
actually suffocate and shrink to gain some once of oxygen to keep the body
operating. But when someone overdoses their brain stops working long enough for
the body to shut down and start to go into a state called Rigor mortis. Which
rigor mortis is defined as “signs of death in an early stage before the body or
person is actually dead”.
With all these plants growing over
in the Middle East and shipped over here to support the habits that
unfortunately may or may not cause fatal overdose or fatal dispute against
rival drug dealers and or drug lords, which inhabit the area in which the drug
is being sold. While the drug is still in the Middle East the cartel transport
it by caravan to Iran in which sometimes the drug doesn’t make it past the Iran
border so they find another route to get the drugs transported to Holland were
the drug (heroin) is placed in anything they can get the parcel to fit in. The
shipping yard security use advanced x-ray technology to scan the cargo for
drugs proving little but greatly effect on stopping the drug traffic across the
ocean. But at times to no avail does this always work because the drug shippers
always find a way around the system of being busted.
So my views on drugs are very gruesome
and gloom because I for one think drugs and anything affiliated with drugs is
low and dumb, because for one thing it doesn’t make you cool, it doesn’t make
you better. It only makes you a low life scum scraping by to get high so when
people ask me if I feel bad for the family that lost a relative that died of a
drug overdose I simply reply with “No I couldn’t care less about that because It’s
their own fault that they died, they did it to themselves, so why should I fell
remorse or sympathy to that family”? It’s one thing to try it and never do it
again, but it’s a total different ball game when you get addicted to the drug
and the high that you get from that drug. Because as soon as you get hooked on
the poison of your choice you basically screwed yourself for life because the
more you do the drug the more you can’t resist it and the more possible trouble
you get yourself into.
But by all means if you choose to
do the drug, go right ahead and do it yourself because it’s your life do what
you want because there’s a saying out there for the life of a druggy and the
saying quotes “Life sucks then you die” get it well if you don’t and your already
addicted to drugs well then you’ll find out very soon! Offended are you? Well you know what they say? The truth hurts. So I tie this drug academic into with sociology
because the more you do it the more people are going to resent you, and never
want to be around you, therefore you go into depression feeling of being lost,
forgotten well bud tell you the truth you are lost and you are forgotten. Does that
answer your question!

Got Trashed!
My views on heroin are as listed. One
I do not like the idea that such young people are doing it; two I don’t like
the idea that it’s invading smaller communities. When they found Michael York’s
body was an utterly disgust that someone especially someone who is supposed to
be his friend would lay his body in a desolate alley way in Lawndale, my
question is not that yes he was on drugs but why didn’t his “friends” report
this and try to do the right thing? Yes they’d be in a lot of trouble but at least
Michael’s family would have some closure on his death.
But unfortunately this isn’t the
case for poor Michael, because his supposed “friends” did not report this tragic
incident to the authorities, instead they left his body there in the dark
abandon alley. Which by my standard is a total dishonor of a friend? Even if he
wasn’t your closest friend, why? WHY wouldn’t you try to do what’s right and
take the responsibility of what needs to be done. This horrendous incident didn’t really matter
to the alleged friends of Michael York!
These boys tried to hide away and
act like nothing happened but yet they eventually cracked and started to fold
their stories started becoming unglued. As these teens finally seen the light of
day they were convicted of accessories to murder and accidental death. Which
later they were also charged with drug charges and under the influence minor
drinking. Which they now they reside in prison.
But my views on this topic are
totally different because kids of new aged do things out of pressure, and
because they thought it would make them cool. Only for them to find out that it
leads to a life of prison and fines and felonies and hard to find jobs and will
be a subject to random PVT’s for the rest of their parole. That's my view on so to claim of title got trashed
My Reviews on how Violent games.
Well my views on the topic of how violent
video games help cut down the violent crimes in the U.S. Well to tell you the
truth, I truly do believe that all violent games known to all teenagers and
adults do cut down the counts and score of violent and any affiliated crimes. Because
when you are playing such games like Call of Duty and any gun fighting or
fighting games associated with this your anger goes into the game.
You’re not focused on anything
therefore any frustrated emotions that you feel goes to the game thus crime
levels lessen by the hour and each hour that you’re playing the violent video
games vs. playing Parental Guidance (PG) rated games. Thus the level of crimes
on the streets is slowing down. Most of the time teens are too lazy to even
stop playing games. This concludes into the study of why crimes in the past
decade have stopped coming to a peak and start descending to lower limits of
crime and also crime differential and varieties have also changed in the
aptitude of this likeness we look at the rating and how much violence is in the
games. We also look into how many hours children play these video games a day.
To find out the amount of hours
played and the amount of violent acts in the particular video game. This has a
lot to deal with why the crime rates have declined in the past years. But what
we still need to figure out is why the most popular crime amongst teenagers, oh
wait we have figured out that already! It’s to deal with the racing game Need for
Speed trilogies. That’s why a lot of young teenagers get arrested or fined with
a ticket or both. Same thing with drugs and alcohol and especially on social Medias.
If their icon is doing drugs they start thinking it’s cool and they start doing
it only to one day wake up in jail and or prison. But still there’s still a lot
of questions to why all of these crimes gone down and others gone up.

Social Deviance!!!!
Social deviance is how people behave at certain times and
how they interact with other people. for example a group of people there's
bound to be a person that you can easily profile and tell that they don't
belong even though they try ever so hard to fit in that social group, basically
I'm going back to the in and out groups. where one person doesn't belong in any
group, or in the animal kingdom were one lion tries to take over another lions
pride, in which results in a violent fight between the two males and whoever is
victorious is the ruler of the pride, so basically it deals with the pride of
every deviant behavior and the mentality of human interaction. which if you
profile a group of people of the same social group, there's bound to be that
certain someone that will cave and break out of the group and socialize with
some other group which would end in him/her failure to interact in that social
group.
The behavior of that person that tries to fit in with that
other social group and he / she is from another social group perhaps is a
higher social group and they switch to a lower social group, it wouldn’t t work
because he / she wouldn’t belong in that group even if she or he really wanted
to fit in regardless the two social groups are apart in a totally different
stand point of human interaction with each other. So it’s basically useless in
trying to switch to an entirely differently group than you are used to. For
example: me I don’t belong in any social group because I don’t want to I can
easily be in any group but I don’t want to because there’s too much drama and I
can’t stand drama that’s why I stick to myself, and that makes me happy. Sure I
interact with people when I so choose to. But if someone were to try to
interact with me when I want to be left alone I’ll totally ignore them and be a
total jerk.
So social deviance is a great topic to talk about
considering there’s a lot of people that interact with other people differently
than the next person. It’s the same when FBI agents profile people to see their
reactions to certain questions, to see how they act with different things in
life to finally break the person down into either a saddest or a serial killer
and to justly identify their “signatures” on how they commit the crime that’s
another social deviance. Same with little things like picking your nose,
talking to yourself, tattoos, mass suicide, and self – harming.
At this point in time
there are a lot of speculations on whether what other deviant behavior has yet
to show in the likes of you and me. But that my dear reader is for you to
figure out on your own.
Just a simple act of
kindness can change a lot to people for example: I paid for a family’s meal
because they were having trouble paying for it so I pitched in for their meal,
and walked away.
!!!!!Rape Culture!!!!!
Ok this blog is about rape culture. I will explain the views of the sociological and my views about it. So here we go. Anyway the sociological stand point view of the alleged “rape culture”, first of we look at the socialization agents and we ask ourselves are they to blame, is all of society, or certain sectors of society? Who do we point the finger at? Who is to blame for this heinous crime? Well in my mind I would blame the agents of socialization, because if the child doesn’t get taught right from wrong, and how to understand the word no, and they get to run wild to do as they please, well then I will blame the parents because they need to socialize their kids with the knowledge of the when to back off and take no for an answer.
Like the Steubenville rape case, where two high school boys raped a girl that was seriously intoxicated to the point where she couldn’t talk, walk or even act on her own behave, that’s gets to the point let’s say you were at that party and you witnessed this going on, would you stop and think what that poor girl is going through? How it will affect her from there on out? Would you act on her behave to do what’s right? Well those are good questions to ask yourself if you would do something. But in her case only one person spoke out but immediately got silenced because it was that person alone that stood up for that girl while the rest of the people attending that party were for it. This is one of the saddest most heinous things a person can do.
Now on to another subject, military sexual harassment/ rape, it’s been going on for years sure the person who had done the raping got court marshaled and dishonor discharged from the service, but yet it still goes on and in some cases it doesn’t get documented because the person who was raped is to traumatized to say anything in fear of their assailant would attack again, and this time it probably be worse for the victim so rarely does the victim report it to the authorities.
Now on to my opinion. In my own opinion, people are lazy, and as soon as the crime is done and they’re the witness and they could’ve done something to help the victim but yet they choose to keep their distance and rarely ever come to the aid of the person who is in dire need for help. Which in my mind is horrible, why wouldn’t you show some kindness and love instead of showing the careless and don’t give a crap about the other person attitude that everyone so apparently has. Which annoys me to shreds, I mean if I were the bi-standard I would most defiantly have done something to help, even if I got myself hurt or insanely worse “killed”, that’s the way I would want because at least the victim would’ve had time to escape to safety.
Now I will answer in my opinion on who is to blame for this messed up diabolical world those we so inhabit. I say the blame is spread out to the agents of socialization, society, why because the “agents” should at least teach the child from an earlier age the difference from right and wrong, and also the blame goes to certain sectors of society, because some parts of society have a lot of influence towards younger people who are extremely impressionable towards older people I think the phrase goes “monkey sees monkey do”. So if the younger child sees someone getting sexually molested it will certainly traumatize he/she at an early age, but again I’ll say it might not always have the same effect on that child as it would another child at an young age, some might grow up to be someone who acts against rape, or the he/she might more than likely will turn out to be a whole new species of serial rapist. So if that happens he/she might take it to the next level and turn into a serial killer that rapes his/her victims then kills their victim after they feel the emotional release.
So as result in rape culture most
of the rape cases that are on file all over the world is signaled out were it
start from a disorder called over obsessive disorder, where one of the genders
obsesses over a certain someone. That rape takes place takes place when the
person of their personal affection doesn’t show them the time of day at all,
then they have to take it to a whole new
level. Generally the rapist will be someone that you already know. So when the
actual sexual happens to the person of personal affection generally it will
never take long for law enforcement to catch the unsub. Because in some cases the rapist will fill
the ultimate emotional release and kill the person of the interest. Then try to
cover it up, with a web of lies, till they can’t get out of the corner then eventually
they get sent to prison. Were eventually they’ll even get raped and possibly
killed themselves. Believe it or not I really couldn’t care about these scum
bags that do these things to people, but rapes and murders happen every day. Thus
serial killers conform and evolve into sexual sadist. They adapt into a sexual
deviant monster that is utterly disgusting to humanity. It makes me angry just
to think about the fact that this stuff happens every day to innocent people,
which is totally sad and incredibly harsh to say but what happens in return to
the unsub doesn’t make me feel sorry for him/ her because if they wanted
sympathy then they shouldn’t have done what they’ve done. So in retrospect I don’t
care what happens to them, and I only wish for them to get what they deserve in
the end whether it happens illegal or legal, I just don’t care because
truthfully if they can do that to someone and expect nothing to happen to them
in return no I only hope that hell has a spare room to keep you safe from the
your own demons.
Me Project!!!! Part two!
In this blog I will be talking about birth order parental characteristics, the cultural environment, and heredity, so first off I will be talking about my birth order in what characteristics I have developed, in my young but still adapting life, and how my attitude has affected my life and others around me. Then I will tell you about my parental characteristics, which in turn means my mother and father, then I’ll be explaining about my cultural environment, then finally I will be telling you about my heredity of my genetic makeup and my nirvana of my life.
In my family I am the youngest, out of four kids. So they say that the youngest has the following characteristics comical/entertaining, highly social, laid back attitude, dependent, creative, unconventional, few expectations of self, risk takers. Well in my case I am the following, risk taker, creative, can be laid back (but also have an extreme aggressor side) which by aggressor I mean I’m can be extremely unpredictable like a snake. The oldest in my family is my brother Darryn who by all means is successful at what he does but is he all the same as the social norm as responsible, conservative, doesn’t make waves, follows parents’ wishes, emotionally intense, authoritarian, perfectionist, driven, surrogate parent, leadership material. This I disagree with because he isn’t a parent, he isn’t leadership material, isn’t a perfectionist, well I can trash him in a lot of ways but that’s not what this blogs about, this blogs about me.
My parental characteristics include my mother and father (note I know, but at the same time do not know my father) my mother is strict but fare easy going but at the same time harsh. My father (of what I know of him) he wasn’t much of a dad to me, for example he didn’t know who I was a few years ago at my grandmother’s funeral, to this day he hasn’t nor want contact with me, so I guess I can freely say this without guilt that he is a complete “jerk”. So I guess how they influence me is because I learned from my mother to be fair and strict, fun loving, but at the same time be slightly harsh as to establish respect and order among my children. What I learned from my father well nothing, but a very important lesson, which is always be there for my kids, and never neglect nor abandon them. As for religion goes in my family, well my mother’s not religious nor am I, my “father” I guess is catholic, but as for the rest of my family I really don’t know, that’s for them to decide.
My cultural environment (genetic makeup, nirvana) my mother is from England, her mother is half Italian and British, my grandfather is angle Saxon, my father is German and Norwegian, so I ended up with the genetically some of the most hot headed genes, so my nirvana is I have the tendency to be a bit of a jerk. So my cultural environment is Italian and Saxon, German and Norwegian, but is ended up with the Italian and Saxon temper, the German and Norwegian old sadistic side.
My heredity I took after my mom’s side tall, well built, white skin, then I got a little of my father’s side green eyes, brown hair, my mother is smart, has an average IQ, so I fit in somewhere in between there. So I have both apparent genetics of both of my parents, but somehow I don’t really fit in with my family structure, since I am the youngest in my family, so automatically I have the rare gene to be extremely reckless, and have knack for taking risks that shorten my life, so I guess I’m “enigmatic” compared to my brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, and cousins. But that’s who I am I love taking risks, and being insanely reckless, it brings me selfless joy and peace with myself.
My conclusion is which one of these four topics is more important to me, birth order, because without my being last in the line, I wouldn’t be a risk taker, I wouldn’t be reckless, I wouldn’t be who I am today if I was born first of second of third, so I’m happy because of it, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So forth I have told you about my birth order, my parental characteristics, my cultural environment, and my heredity, and how they all affect the person who I am, and the person that I will continue to be forever more. And there’s nothing or no one I’d rather be if I couldn’t be me, so when people try and they try a lot to change the person I have become, I just smile and say “I am who I am and there’s no changing the fact that no matter how hard you try you can never be me, so count yourself lucky sucker because my life would only scare you to death”. When this is said and done I walk away and say no more happy and content with the fact that there’s no changing what can’t be changed, so the very word that would best describe me, would be Enigma. Good Bye…………………………………………...
Birth Order Theory!!!!
Well since I am the youngest out of my family, I do not agree with these findings because I am not that social, I'm not laid back I'm pretty aggressive at times. I am comical/ entertaining at times. I am conventional, I have a lot of expectations for myself. I take a lot of risks thus most of the time I always get hurt in the process of entertaining myself, in which brings me joy knowing that I have a weird sense of humor, or you can say a painful sense of humor, which totally sets me a said from my brothers and sister and father/mother authority figures.
As it turns out my brother Adam is the middle child and me and him get into strenuous arguments almost every time that we hang out, younger child of the family are most likely to rebel against the norm of family structure.
The middle child is most likely going to be influential towards their younger siblings, if and when that doesn't work, they but heads, thus when siblings rivalry, they continuously fight amongst each other, thus making each other have new found hatred for one another.
There's a point when sibling rivalry goes to a whole new level when it goes from normal to absolutely destructerous towards their well being. Some say that the oldest child gets all the attention, then the middle child gets neglected, then then youngest child gets more attention so still the middle child is neglected in the norm of the family structure this is completely normal. So the question that you got to ask yourself is whether are you oldest, middle, or the youngest and which norm do you believe, and which stand point will best suit you and your life social status. Because I believe that I truly am not the social standard norm of the youngest birth order. Do I believe the youngest is more acceptable to be more risk taking? Is it true that the youngest is more social able? Is it true that the middle child is neglected from receiving attention from parents? Is it true that the oldest gets all if not most of the attention, from parents? truthfully to answer this question, yes it is most likely true with most families, because the oldest is most likely to become something important, the youngest is more of a rebel and social able, the middle child is more or less the child that tries to influence their siblings, and are most likely to be acceptable to receive less attention from their parents.

Am I a product of my Enviorment?
In all honest opinion I really don't think I am a product of my environment, because my environment isn't part of my social and lifeline structure. Its full of false faith and false security, in life there isn't safety there's no probable cause, but hey that's other peoples life not mine, their social preferences not mine. So as to say am I truly a product of my social environment, I say no I am not part of it. But to some people I am part of the social environment, but that's their ideal idea of my social life line neither nor will their apparent idea will ever change my life.
Nature vs. Nurture.
My opinion about nature and nurture, is that it doesn't really matter in how the child was raised, because in some way or other the middle child is set for life, due to the first child is threshed with already being born. The last child is most likely " become gay" due to if the mother have released a lot of hormones being released in the uterus and the womb. Thus I certainly refuse to believe that nature vs. nurture is in any common sense.
Things I learned This Week!!
The things I learned this week, include things like, competition - two or more groups or people who oppose each other. only one can get what they want - competition can be passive and negative. business, schools are examples.
conflict - the deliberate attempt to control a person by force - has a few rules of conduct. examples includes legal disputes, wars, etc..
Things like that.
Among other things I learned many things in U.S History, such as
American entered into the 20th century, middle class reformers addressed Manu social problems.
protect social welfare
promote moral improvement
create economic reform
foster efficiency
industrialization in the late 19th century was largely unregulated
employers felt little response.
some reformers felt that the answer to societies problems was personal behavior. the proposed such reforms as prohibition. groups wishing to ban alcohol. And how all those things revert into everyday life. In chemistry I learned that there's several valance electrons in element such as Neon, helium, propane, and ethane. These are some of the things I learned this week.

Love, Work, Death!!!
I think that it is hard for males to show the same compassion and love towards other males because of it’s not in their presences of nature. But for girls it is easy because of maternal love and care that they are hotwired with. So while we were watching "Tuesdays with Morrie" it showed that Mitch Albom (played by Hank Azaria) anyways it showed how one guy went from being a self-centered person and only cared about himself to an absolute caring person that shows love and feelings for Morrie. When Morrie told Mitch about his father and how his father never showed him the love that he needed after his mother passed on, when his father remarried he got the love that he needed from his step mother.
While Mitch was with Morrie he was working on a story and while he was working on this he learned things that struck him deep to realize that he had the most amazing person in his life and he was about to ruin it by being a jerk to her. So over the course of time he kept going back to see Morrie every Tuesday. To record what Morrie says to him. So Mitch Asks Morrie Questions and Morrie answer them, to Mitch Morrie is his coach, and to Morrie Mitch is his buddy. They were Tuesday people. But anyways all the while Mitch was going to see Morrie he kept thinking of ways to keep the "girl of his dreams" in his life. When Morrie mentioned that he was dying Mitch said "I don't want you to die". And Morrie said " I'm going to die whether I want to or not, but death isn't as bad is it seems. the way I look at , I pretend there's a bird on my shoulder and every morning I ask this little bird is today my time to go? Is it my time? And every time I realize it’s not my time to go. So that made Mitch feels better. Then Mitch had bought a ring for Jenine and wrote her a letter telling her how he felt about her and things he normally wouldn’t say to her. Back at the airport Mitch is getting ready to get on the plane when Jenine walks up and hands him the ring in the box and says that she doesn’t have an answer yet. But anyone who can make change like that, well I want to meet him. This was work for Mitch and No matter how many times Mitch came, Morrie was happy to see him and they greeted each other with a hug and smile.
Thus when they got to Morrie’s home they had brought him some food, and sat and visited him. Then Morrie asked if he could hear Jenine sing to him and asked Mitch to leave the room. And when Mitch came back he saw that Morrie was tearing up because of Jenines beautiful voice. One day Mitch asked Morrie what would be a perfect day if he was given a whole day of perfect health. And Morrie responded with I would start off with a nice breakfast and lunch then I would walk down to the city park and greet my old dear friends and I would visit them then in the evening I would dance with all my dear friends, then when after all that is down with I would lay down and sleep peacefully, that would be my perfect day. Then came the day when Unfortunately Morrie Passed away, but he died the way he wanted to die which was with his family and friends around him.
What will M.M.A be in the future?
Since M.M.A came from the TV show WWF - WWE (World Wrestling Federation, World Wrestling Entertainment) thus in the wake of these televised shows came the lustrous show came into play which we know now is called M.M.A (Mixed Martial Arts). But to say what M.M.A will be in the near future might very well be a sport that fights to the death but instead of being a criminal law it will become legal to fight to that magnitude of stature of the sport.
So my opinion is that, yes two people fighting each other is highly entertainment for me, and for many other people in this world. But is there a sense of why the two people fight? Is there really a cause for it? Does anyone know why they fight? There’s not really an answer for all those questions. So I find it hard to ask and answer why one would fight someone else. First off generally two fight out of anger with each other, but in some cases two people for entertainment of others and money.
To look at the sociological stand point for M.M.A, boxing, Tai kwon do, and many other mix martial televised shows, will become something more violent. For example the biker gang hells angel’s people that techniqually called “wannabe” turned into the weekend warrior, Bruce Lee followers turned into cushioned kick Tai kwon do. Boxing to WWF to WWE to WCW to ECW to TNA to M.M.A so the true question is what is next for the violent entertainment sport?
I think it truly will come some that would at this point in time would look on as dangerous, and eluded as murder. So please ask yourself what where do you see these sports turning into? How will it affect our future generations? Will it be still entertainment for the viewers? Will it still be viewed as good natured entertainment for our future generations?
American Values
Our American values are divided into intervals of cultures and how people live and there standards, not to mention that our values can differ from others in slight chance that our intermediate values and standards everything will change in due time no matter how many times people deny it.
I think that our values are judged by higher cultures as lowers class culture in the way that we are primate and not evolved enough to be considered as a values as people standard in any way shape or form.

My thoughts on the infamous game BARNGA !
If I could describe he game Barnga in one word? hmmm I think that word would be confusing! I expected the game would have the same rules for each group that we transferred to. The point were I figured that something was wrong? Was when each time a new member joined a game they followed a different rule than I was using so that was pretty confusing. how did I deal with it? I'd like to think that I dealt with it pretty well, while others got frustrated, angry, and some even stayed calm and went with the flow of how things went. How did not being able to speak make me feel? Well honestly it sucked but, it made me think of the consequences would be. I think that the title of this game is appropriate for culture. Because in each culture there is different rules and different way they did things so yes I believe that the title of this game was and is appropriate. Is a universal language and set of customs a must for harmony? I think yes because with these traditions and ways of life can contribute to different things in everyday life style. How can a simple card game teach us and maybe someone from a different culture? Hmm it could teach us that we pretty much have many different ways of life that can confuse and make things difficult for others.
A.M.E.R.I.C.A is there a real american
Do I think there is such a thing as a true American? to answer your question with honesty I don't really think there is, because when you see someone on the street and there struggling but normal people just walk on by and don't try to help they just walk on by isn't that sad?
To answer that question. Yes that is very sad! But to the people that take the time to help the people that are struggling to keep there head above water, they show the compassion and understanding to the ones that need the extra help. my definition for a real American is someone that helps someone without asking for anything in return, someone that goes out of there way to be a helping hand to the less fortunate, someone who is a role-model to the lower people that strive to be something better. That my good sir is what I call an American.

wrecked ship!
In this blog I will be discussing about ship wrecked that happened in so to claim movie.
In the movie timeline the shipped wrecked there where survivors on a make shift raft and they had to save nine people and the choose to give other people life jackets to live for as to live a few more hours.
They chose people such as doctors, nurse, ship captain, and fisher/hunter. and some healthy people to add up to nine people otherwise people that aren't on the boat/raft, they were sent to float amongst the massive waves and at the mercy of the ocean/sea.
when I think about this if this was a real life situation I would most defiantly save doctor/nurse, fisher/hunter, ship help/ship captain for sure.

9/11
I think that deep down no matter how many times we try and say we don't need any bodies help, deep down we are always looking for a friend that will help and be there for us and care about who we truly are in the inside instead of what we are not.
So in retro spec the appointed issue of nine eleven when everyone stepped up and helped evacuate the whole lower Manhattan in under nine hours which is outstanding and by far the largest evacuation in history. "A hero is a person who does something without recognition in good of people".
So yes in a way everyone is dependent on someone at one point!

Freaks & Geeks
This blog is about the TV show "Freaks and Geeks". Any way as instructed I am supposed to state the social views and stand points of the social groups within the television show.
The show was about a few students that where unfortunately where being bullied one especially because the bully thought he weighed under a hundred pounds and so he picked on the poor kid. then the kid that was being bullied sister came and stopped him. the bullied then said to the kid," Your Dead".
Moving on the other groups in the TV show the kids sisters walks over to the "cool" kid group and started to hangout with them. But there was a female person that didn't like her, for she thought that she was trying to be something that she is not.
One more group then I'm done here with this blog. Any ways back the kid and his friends eventually the kids friends started to get bullied as well as the kids in which his name is Sam. His friends were on their way to fight the bully and Sam ran into this girl that he "liked" and started talking to her while his friends where trying to stand up for themselves in the fight against the bully. when he finally figured out that he was late for the "show Down" when he got there his friends already had done the deed but they decided to say they had beaten the bully up badly, but they had not.
